Mr Ekstrom-Gabb will be your class teacher (Mr E-G), also in the class will Mrs Bryant and Mrs Tainton. This is going to be an amazing year and we can't wait to get started!

Our Day

You need to arrive in school between 8:35 and 8:45, ready to learn! When you arrive you will practice your spellings for the week and complete some independent reading.

Assembly is at 9 every morning.

First break is 10:30-10:45 (after this we will complete the daily mile)

Lunch is 12:30- 1:15 

The end of the day is 3

To be able to walk home you will need to get a walking form from the office and return it to us once it is filled in. 

P.E is on Wednesday's. This means you can come in sports kit for our lesson. 

Autumn term 1 - Dyma Fi!

Our first topic is 'Dyma Fi!' In this topic we will look at all things about us, the human body and even some Welsh history and artists! It is an action packed topic and a great way for us teachers to get to know the pupils. 

Autumn term 2 / Spring term 1 - Children of Conflict 

Dosbarth Coch's second topic is 'Children of Conflict' - During this topic we look at how children are affected during a range of different conflicts. We will look at evacuees, global warming, the rights of a child and how we can solve/prevent conflicts between friends. It is a broad topic but will be a lot of fun for pupils!
