• Industrial Action

  Public sector unions have voted to take strike action over the governments proposed changes to pensions and benefits, therefore Glan-yr-Afon will be closed to all pupils next Thursday 10th July and re-open as normal on Friday 11th July.

• Modernising benches

  Thank you to the parents who attended school today to help paint and modernise the benches.  They now look wonderful!!

  I hope all the mums and children enjoyed the afternoon at Boulders Climbing Centre?  I heard that we have many talented climbers :-)

• Llanrumney Forum Art competition winners

  What a creative /talented school we are.  A huge well done to Molly Burgess for coming first in the art competition. Kamrun Carr and Laila Hood came joint second and Ruby-Leigh Moore came third.  We are all so proud of you!
