INVESTOR IN PEOPLE STATUS RENEWED
Fri 16 Mar 2012The school was very pleased to learn that after a revisit for an Investor in People assessor that its award of Investor in People has been renewed. The assessor said she had no hesitation in renewing the award recognising the very good practise in the school. She reported about the very motivated staff clearly inspired by the strong culture within the school. The assessor was particularly impressed by the coherency of the way that people processes are designed to meet the schools objectives and in particular the mission of 'Working Together to Achieve' so that everyone is a member of a team and leaders and managers are being developed to build these teams.
We are particularly proud of the award which recognises the inclusive nature of the school and how every single person whatever their job role is equally involved in moving the school forwards.
